Performa ANTM nyungsep, Ada Apa ?

Harga saham emiten tambang BUMN PT Aneka Tambang Tbk (ANTM) alias ANTM masih tertekan di awal tahun ini. Kendati begitu, analis memprediksi bahwa prospek saham ANTM masih cerah ke depan. Sisanya, saham ANTM terbenam di zona merah selama 6 hari dan sekali ditutup stagnan.

Di tengah tren penurunan belakangan ini, investor asing beramai-ramai melego saham emiten tambang nikel dan emas tersebut dengan nilai jual bersih Rp 13,07 miliar di pasar reguler per hari ini. Adapun sejak hari pertama di 2022, asing sudah melakukan jual bersih Rp 134,09 miliar di pasar reguler. PT Aneka Tambang Tbk (ANTM) atau Antam meraih laba periode berjalan yang dapat diatribusikan kepada pemilik entitas induk sebesar Rp 1,53 triliun pada semester I-2022, melonjak 32% dibandingkan periode sama tahun lalu Rp 1,16 triliun. Kenaikan laba bersih tersebut sejalan dengan pertumbuhan pendapatan Antam sebesar 9% menjadi Rp 18,77 triliun dari Rp 17,28 triliun.

Padahal, harga nikel dunia sedang melambung tinggi. Kemarin, harga kontrak berjangka nikel dunia cetak rekor tertinggi sejak 2012.

Namun, memang, ada satu kabar kurang yang menggembirakan untuk saham ANTM di awal Tahun Macan Air ini.

Kabar tersebut adalah soal kandasnya rencana Indonesia Battery Corporation (IBC) melakukan akuisisi perusahaan pabrik kendaraan listrik atau electric vehicle (EV) di Jerman yakni StreetScooter. Sebagai informasi, IBC merupakan perusahaan patungan dari sejumlah BUMN, yakni Mind ID, PT Pertamina (Persero), PT PLN (Persero) dan Antam.

Lantas, bagaimana prospek saham ANTM ke depan?

Dalam risetnya, analis RHB Sekuritas Indonesia Ryan Santoso pada 22 November 2021 masih menyarankan beli (buy) saham ANTM dengan target price (TP) Rp 3.450/saham atau 75,13% dari harga saat ini (Rp 1.970/saham).

Lebih lanjut, pencapaian operasional Antam yang sehat juga telah memberikan hal yang positif. Ini seiring perusahaan berhasil mempertahankan tren pemulihannya setelah mengurangi risiko akibat pandemi Covid-19.

In response to an on-field, during-play request for a signature, Lionel Messi scored a memorable goal.

In the 65th minute, a fan raced onto the pitch and attempted to take a picture of Messi. Messi stood and observed as the fan at his feet was restrained while still attempting to take a photo with his phone.

Three months before his 35th birthday, the six-time world player of the year increased the advantage by moving forward after a pass-and-go with Giovani Lo Celso in the 86th minute and beating goalkeeper Andrew Blake to the goalie's left on a 23-yard left-foot effort.

Messi was asked to sign his back by a bare-chested fan after his first goal, and as he began to do so, three guards tackled the individual and more rushed in.

Nicolás Tagliafico's pass from the flank to Martnez, who turned around Leon Bailey to create space, and then centered to the 22-year-old lvarez, gave Argentina the lead. In his second goal in 11 international games, he slid past Blake.

Argentina is going to the World Cup for the 13th time in a row, and it hopes to add to the titles it won in 1978 with Mario Kempes and 1986 with Diego Maradona. Argentina will play the United Arab Emirates in a final friendly on November 16 in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. Argentina will play Mexico and Poland after facing Saudi Arabia, which on Tuesday played the United States to a scoreless draw in an exhibition match. The World Cup is being held in Qatar.

England's Harry Maguire said of his critics: "It's all for clicks."

Harry Maguire, a defender for Manchester United and England, has responded to his detractors by claiming that the only reason they write bad things about him is to get "clicks."   

Gareth Southgate's team was demoted to the second division of the league after England's 1-0 loss to Italy in the UEFA Nations League on Friday. Maguire played the entire 90 minutes of the match.  

"I am putting a lot of effort into becoming ready on the practice field for when my chance presents itself. That is the only thing I can do to try to support the squad. "So that is the reason they do it, they like the clicks and things like that, but I went into the Euros after an eight-week injury, did not play one game, and got into the team of the tournament," the Manchester United captain said. "So I am not concentrating on anybody else and what people are saying.

"I am certain that won't happen in terms of rustiness and other things like that."

With Southgate's squad losing their previous five games and failing to score in their last three games, Maguire also urged England fans to show their support before the World Cup.

We've given people an extraordinary five years or so, Maguire told the BBC, adding, "We're a strong group mentally." We must band together now because of the time we are in. The fans are probably annoyed, but they have to support us because a significant tournament is approaching.

"Whatever has happened recently, we are working incredibly hard to rectify it and get back on track because it is a major winter and World Cup and we need to make sure we're ready. To win that tournament or advance in that tournament, we need the fans with us. And so we will."

British pound drops to record low in comparison to the dollar

On Monday, the British pound hit a record low versus the US dollar as concerns over the viability of UK government finances grew.

After falling 3.6% on Friday, the pound fell nearly 5% to just around $1.03 on Monday during trading in Asia and Australia, leading to forecasts that the pound will soon fall to parity with the US dollar. As online traders from Europe arrived, it began to recover marginally and returned to $1.07.

Following British Chancellor of the Exchequer Kwasi Kwarteng's Friday declaration that the United Kingdom would enact the largest tax cuts in 50 years while also increasing government borrowing and expenditure in the face of high inflation, the currency crisis has developed.

According to Craig Erlam, senior market analyst at Oanda, "serious questions are already being raised regarding the economic competence of the new government." So much so that markets are taking into account a considerable possibility of a significant emergency rate hike from the Bank of England in order to support the pound and market confidence.

The opposition Labour Party and even some members of the Chancellor's own Conservative party have blasted the new tax-cutting budgetary measures, which include abandoning plans for a rise in corporation tax and lowering the top rate of income tax, as "trickle-down economics."

Kwarteng stepped up his campaign over the weekend, hinting in TV interviews on Sunday that there will be additional tax cuts, calling the actions taken on Friday "only the start" of the government's all-out growth drive.

On Sunday, Lord Ken Clarke, a former Tory chancellor, attacked the tax cuts and warned that they would cause the pound to collapse.

In a BBC radio interview, Clarke stated, "I'm afraid that's the kind of thing that's normally tried in Latin American countries without success."

The pound has been severely damaged by a run of dismal economic data as well as the sharp increase in the value of the US dollar, a safe haven asset that attracts investment during uncertain times.

After Giorgia Meloni won the Italian general election, the euro also fell to a 20-year low. Investors are keeping an eye on what would be the most far-right administration since Benito Mussolini's fascist rule, which has sparked fears about the cohesion of the European Union.

But the United Kingdom's economy, which confronts the highest inflation among the G7 countries, and the government's huge budgetary wager on growth are hurting the pound more than most. Compared to a decline of 15% in the euro, it has lost approximately 21% of its value so far this year.

On February 25, 1985, when one pound was worth just over $1.05., the British pound hit a record low against the US dollar.

Clifford Bennett, head economist at the Australian trading firm ACY Securities, predicted a further significant decline in both the pound and the euro should the conflict in Ukraine escalate.

The pound is more vulnerable than most currencies, he added, and one should not undervalue the crisis that is currently engulfing all of Europe.

Major Asian currencies fell on Monday as a result of the rising US dollar.

Asian markets and currencies crack

On the domestic market, the value of the Chinese yuan fell 0.5% to its lowest level in more than 28 months. Offshore yuan decreased by 0.4%.

The People's Bank of China implemented a 20% risk reserve requirement on Wednesday for banks selling foreign exchange forwards to clients in response to the sharp falls. Derivative purchases of foreign currencies should become more expensive as a result, which should decrease the rate at which the yuan is losing value.

The Japanese yen decreased 0.6% to 144 against the dollar elsewhere in the area. For the first time since 1998, the Japanese central bank intervened in the currency market last Thursday to support the yen when it reached 145. After the intervention, the yen somewhat recovered, but the decline quickly resumed.

After US equities fell on Friday amid growing recessionary fears, financial markets in Asia were also in disarray on Monday.

The Nikkei 225 (N225) in Japan fell 2.4%, the Kospi in South Korea down 2.7%, and the S&P/ASX 200 in Australia fell 1.4%. London's FTSE 100 (UKX) was the European index that declined the most, although Germany's DAX (DAX) and France's CAC were also down. In an aggressive bid to combat the US economy's ongoing problems with high inflation, the Federal Reserve on Wednesday approved a third consecutive 75-basis-point increase.

Strategi Investasi Bos BCA usai Jual Saham Rp 4,3 Miliar

Presiden Direktur BCA Jahja Setiaatmadja menjual 1 juta saham miliknya dengan nilai Rp 4,73 miliar untuk digunakan sebagai biaya renovasi rumah dan dialihkan ke instrumen investasi lain.

Baru-baru ini, Presiden Direktur PT Bank Central Asia Tbk atau BCA, Jahja Setiaatmadja tiba-tiba menjual 1 juta saham miliknya di perseroan. Penjualan dilakukan dua kali, masing-masing 500 ribu lembar saham pada 15 September 2022. Berdasarkan keterangan resmi pada Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI), Jahja melaporkan, transaksi penjualan saham senilai masing-masing Rp 4,37 miliar dan Rp 4,36 miliar itu dilakukan untuk tujuan investasi dan renovasi rumah.

Kira-kira, investasi apa yang dilakukan orang nomor satu di BCA tersebut?
Menjawab pertanyaan tersebut, Jahja mengungkapkan dirinya menjual saham perusahaan di tengah harga saham yang tinggi untuk mengambil untung sekaligus mengalihkan investasinya ke instrumen obligasi global negara berdenominasi valuta asing atau global bond.

"Investasi Indonesia USD government bond (obligasi global negara berdenominasi dolar AS)," ujar Jahja kepada Katadata.co.id, Jumat (23/9). Dia menjelaskan, alasannya mengalihkan investasi dari saham ke obligasi global ialah karena imbal hasil (yield) surat utang milik valas milik negara itu sedang berada pada level yang tinggi. Dengan demikian, hal itu merupakan strategi yang tepat untuk diversifikasi investasi.

"Yield-nya sedang tinggi, bagus untuk diversifikasi investasi," jelasnya. Sebagai informasi, pemerintah menerbitkan obligasi global senilai US$ 1,65 miliar dalam tiga seri dengan format SEC Shelf Registered pada 7 September lalu.

Ketiga seri tersebut yakni, RI0927 dengan nominal US$ 750 juta memiliki tenor lima tahun. Adapun, kupon ditetapkan sebesar 4,15% serta yield 4,4%. Seri kedua, RI0932 dengan nominal US$ 1,4 miliar untuk tenor 10 tahun. Pemerintah menetapkan kupon 4,65% dan yield 4,8%.

Seri ketiga, RI0952 dengan tenor 30 tahun ditetapkan pada nominal US$ 500 juta dan kupon 5,45%, serta yield 5,55%.

Penerbitan SEC Registered kali ini merupakan pencapaian bagi pemerintah Indonesia sebagai salah satu penerbit obligasi global atau global issuer di Asia yang secara aktif menerbitkan obligasi global. Indonesia juga menjadi negara Asia pertama yang menerbitkan surat utang global di pasar AS dalam empat bulan terakhir.

Seperti diketahui, BCA sebagai emiten berkapitalisasi pasar terbesar di Bursa Efek Indonesia kembali menorehkan rekor tertinggi baru sejak perusahaan melantai di BEI. Pada 13 September 2022, harga saham emiten bersandi BBCA ini menguat 1,49% ke level Rp 8.500 per saham. Nilai kapitalisasi pasarnya menembus Rp 1.047 triliun. Tak berselang lama, Jahja melakukan aksi ambil untung dengan menjual kepemilikan sahamnya di BCA sebanyak dua kali. Dalam transaksi pertama, bos BCA tersebut menjual 500 ribu saham dengan harga pelaksanaan Rp 8.725 per saham. Dari penjualan tersebut, dia akan meraup hasil penjualan Rp 4,36 miliar. Transaksi pertama dilakukan untuk tujuan renovasi rumah.

Selanjutnya, untuk transaksi kedua, Jahja Setiaatmadja menjual sebanyak 500 ribu sahamnya di harga Rp 8.750 per saham. Jika ditotalkan, dia akan meraup dana Rp 4,37 miliar. Transaksi kedua ini diilakukan untuk tujuan investasi. Dengan demikian, dari kedua transaksi penjualan saham baik untuk investasi maupun renovasi rumah, Jahja mengantongi dana senilai Rp 8,73 miliar. "Status kepemilikan saham yaitu langsung," kata Corporate Secretary BCA Raymon Yonarto, dikutip Senin (19/9). Akibat dari penjualan saham tersebut, saham yang dimiliki Jahja Setiaatmadja berkurang menjadi 39,81 juta lembar dari sebelumnya yaitu 40,81 juta saham.
